I enclose my registration fee of $600.00 and agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of the tournament. I understand the entry fee includes Kickoff on June 9, 2009, Awards on June 12, 2009, as well as other events that may be added to the tournament event schedule for the Angler and Guide only. I also understand that guests of the Angler or Guide are welcome to attend at a cost of $50.00 per person per event.
